Exciting news for our upcoming car show! If you’ve got a unique ride that doesn’t quite fit into the existing categories, we want to hear from you! We’re introducing a special opportunity to add new classes to our show lineup. Here’s how it works:
Want to see a new class at the show? All you need is to rally up 5 vehicles that fit the category you’re passionate about. Once you’ve got those 5, we’ll create a brand-new class just for you! 🎉
Whether it’s classic muscle cars, custom builds, electric rides, or something else entirely, this is your chance to showcase what makes your ride special. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to see your dream class become a reality!
Ready to get started? Reach out to us with your proposed class and the list of interested vehicles. Let’s make this car show even more incredible together!
🚀 Get those engines revving and start organizing! We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
Judging
Each judge will be assigned 3 classes based on number of entries, excluding their own class. Each class will be judged by 3 different judges. Judges meet at the pavilion at 10:00. Anyone can be a judge, we will show you how. Judges receive a free event t-shirt and lunch. Judging is done by cell phone, and we have backup phone charges and cords for use.
Sponsor
Money received from t-shirt and trophy sponsors will go towards the purchase of those items. The food trucks are funded by their sales. The park does not charge a fee for use. Other costs, such as insurance, port-a-potties, advertising, marketing, water for volunteers, t-shirts for volunteers, meals for volunteers, dash plaques and all other expenses are offset by donations of prizes and bag items, monetary donations from sponsors and funding provided by Tim’s Body Worx. Tim’s Body Worx and the Guthrie Road Celebration Team work hard every year to make this a memorable event. We could not do this without help from our sponsors and donations. Guthrie Road Celebration is a 501(c)6 non-profit. Thank you for your support!
Call Body Worx at 405-282-5014 to become a t-shirt sponsor ($300), sponsor a trophy ($100), or to donate prizes or money for the raffle drawings. All goodie bags items (we stuff 200 bags) may be dropped off at the office before September 1st.
Voting
To Vote: Scan the QR Code on the Dash OR use Paper Ballots (get these from the Pavilion)
