We would not be able to put on this great show each year without the help of our wonderful sponsors!! Some donate gifts for the prize drawings, some are t-shirt sponsors, some donate funds, some donate their time, some help with media, and so much more. We truly appreciate any effort provided by these great people and look forward to working with them each year to bring this family fun event to Guthrie.

Goodie Bag Promo Item Sponsor 

Bag Items – We need “give-a-ways” (Pens, key chains, candy, discount coupons, brochures, business cards, etc.)  These may have your name and logo on them.  These need to be received by August 31, 2022 so we have time to assemble the bags. While supplies last, we will give a goodie bag full of great items from local businesses to each vehicle registered. Typically, we see about 200 vehicles.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Booth Space (if desired) at the event
• Sponsor name will be included on the following event materials:
  • Social Media Mentions (Facebook & Instagram) 
  • Sponsor List in each Goodie Bag

Raffle Prize Donation Sponsor 

Prize Items – We need prize items.  Gift cards, tools, etc.  Raffle tickets will be drawn every half hour.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Booth Space (if desired) at the event
• Sponsor can also provide promo items to be distributed (if desired) in goodie bags
• Sponsor name will be included on the following event materials:
  • Social Media Mentions (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Event Day Mentions
  • Sponsor List in each Goodie Bag

Raffle tickets will be sold $1 each or 6 for $5

• Raffle numbers will be drawn about every half hour for various prizes. Winning tickets will be posted on a board for winners to claim their prizes throughout the day. Any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn at the close of the show. 
• There will be a final drawing for the Grand Prize at the end of the event. 
• There will be a drawing for the 50/50 pot (All money collected from selling tickets will be calculated, then split in half. Half is a prize, and half will be donated to a great cause). 

Trophy Sponsor $50.00

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Booth Space (if desired) at the event
• Sponsor can provide promo items to be distributed (if desired) in goodie bags
• Sponsor can present their trophy to class winner
• Sponsor name will be included on the following event materials:

Tim Stegner, owner of Body Worx, has lived in Logan County his entire life. He and his wife and their two sons are proud to be part of such a great community. Since Body Worx opened in 1996, we have been growing to support the needs of our customers. We are so excited to be able to share our passion for cars by hosting this car show and are honored to be asked to continue this annual event. Like you, we have been blessed to have so many amazing customers and friends. We are pleased to be able to give back to them with this family event. We do hope you will be able to make it out to see the vehicles and have some lunch at one of the food trucks. This year we will have Biggsy’s BBQ and The Frosty Heifer with special lemonades and ice cream. Please feel free to enter your vehicle(s) in the show and your name in for the drawings.
